may is a good month

Today and a lot of yesterdays ago, two of my favorite people celebrated their birthdays.

Ashley and Dylan are so great,

they never have a problem getting a date.

One is 25, the other is 17,

and I am just stuck somewhere in between.

Unlike many other places,

like stinky bathrooms or tight parking spaces,

I don't mind being wedged right by

the two who make each other look so fly.

(okay, cut me some slack, it is late).
